Directions: READ ENTIRE LABEL PRIOR TO USE. As a dietary supplement, TEST your tolerance level by consuming 1 capsule in the AM with 8 oz. of water and food for 7-10 days. After performing the test, you may consider 1-2 capsules 1 time daily. DO NOT exceed 2 capsules daily. Store in a cool dry place away from moisture and sunlight.

In case of overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately. Exceeding recommended serving will not improve results.
