We accept USA, APO and US Military orders only.
GENERAL: There are complexities with stocking and shipping
these products. We ship as quickly as possible. There may be delays of up to 3
business days due to inventory transfers or getting the order to a shipping location
with the needed inventory.We reserve the right to ship by a method other than
that selected by the customer if, in our estimation, an alternate will get the product
to the customer in equal or less time. For example: Shipped 2nd day Air late Wednesday will
not deliver until Monday (Ship Thursday, Friday=day 1, Monday=day 2 - Saturdays do not
count) We may ship via USPS 2nd in an effort to have the product delivered on Saturday
(USPS has Saturday delivery to most residences in the
USA)Another reason we may change the shipping method is
that the shipper's system will not correctly resolve the address. Orders designated UPS
but with Post Office Box is one example.
GENERAL: We do not
ship on Holidays recognized by UPS or USPS.
UPS: We do not
recommend UPS expedited shipping since we can not assure how quickly we can ship.
USPS: We do ship
via USPS (post office) 3-4 Day Priority Mail. The USPS does deliver on Saturday. Please
understand that USPS does not provide any tracking information or guarantee to deliver
on time.
USPS: We will only
know if a package was delivered. If the Post Person is unable to deliver, they will
leave a notice. Follow the instructions on the notice. We will be unable to provide any
information on the location of your order if it is shipped via
USPS.
INTERNATIONAL: Due
to Fraud and Export/Import problems, we no longer accept orders on the web site from
anywhere but the USA, APO and US Military.
RETURNS:
No returns accepted without
prior authorization.
Under normal circumstances products can not be
returned due to the risk of product tampering. You would not wish to by a product that
had been returned by someone else. Since these products are no longer manufactured,
there is no product warranty.If we make an error in shipping, we will arrange for
product return and/or order correction. Contact us, customer.care@buy-ephedrine.com
, to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION and return
address. Defective/damaged product may be returned with prior
approval. Defective products will be replaced or issued a web site credit in the form
of a gift voucher to be used for future purchases. Contact customer.care@buy-ephedrine.com
